Jess joined DS Advisory as a Receptionist in 2008. She held several positions in the business prior to being promoted to Practice Manager upon her return from maternity leave in 2019. Jess was honoured to be made a Partner of DS Advisory in July 2022, and she has come to think of DS Advisory as more of a family than a workplace.
